RETURNS & ORDER ISSUES
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for changes of mind, sizing selections, or personal preference.
Every order should arrive in exceptional condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs so our team can review your concern and provide an appropriate resolution.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Each Renown Black piece is made to order with careful attention to quality and detail. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipment.
U.S. delivery typically requires an additional 2–8 business days, depending on the selected shipping method. International delivery may require 10–30 business days. Extended transit times may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country.
CRAFTSMANSHIP & PRODUCTION
The RB Heritage Cap is produced to order using premium embroidery and carefully selected materials. Each piece features the signature RB monogram on the front, the Renown Black wordmark on the side, and “Baby, That’s Renown Black” embroidered on the rear.
Every piece is reviewed for print clarity, color accuracy, and overall quality before shipment. Minor variations may occur as a natural result of the individual production process, making each piece distinctly its own.
