Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for changes of mind, sizing selections, or personal preference.

DAMAGES AND ORDER ISSUES

Every order should arrive in exceptional condition. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at renownblackbiz@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so our team can review your concern and provide an appropriate resolution.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
